Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of Zonka Technologies’ websites and apps downloaded from iOS App Store or Google Play Store, including but not limited to www.zonkafeedback.com, platform.zonkafeedback.com, and any successor URLs, mobile or localized versions, and related domains and subdomains (collectively referred to as "Websites" and “Apps”), as well as our communications and messaging products and services (collectively referred to as "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy, which is designed to ensure the secure and smooth operation of our Services. Any violation of this Policy may result in the termination or suspension of your account or access to the Services.

Who we are

We are Zonka Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) a company registered in India at LG 006 (LGTC 02), DLF Grand Mall, MG Road, DLF Phase 1, Sector 28, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. We operate Zonka Feedback as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

Use of the Services

When you use the Services you warrant that you will comply with this Policy and with all applicable laws.

1. System and Network Security
   You agree not to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network used with our Services. Additionally, you must not tamper with, reverse engineer, or hack the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems, networks, or data. Any circumvention of security or authentication measures is strictly prohibited.
2. Integrity and Performance of Services
   You must not modify, disable, or use the Services in any way that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Services or related systems, network, or data.
3. Access and Content Usage
   You are permitted to access the Services only through our publicly supported interfaces. Unauthorized access, copying, distribution, or disclosure of any part of the Services, including automated or non-automated "scraping," is strictly prohibited.
4. Infrastructure Overload
   Using automated systems, such as "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to send an unreasonably large number of requests to our servers or imposing an excessive load on our infrastructure is prohibited. Users must adhere to the specified use parameters for each Service, as outlined in its corresponding documentation.
5. Commercial Solicitation
   You may not solicit users of our Services for commercial purposes.
6. Unsolicited Communications and Spam
   Using the Services to generate or send unsolicited communications, advertising, or spam is strictly prohibited. Any action that impairs our ability to send communications on our own or our customers' behalf is not allowed.
7. Impersonation and Misrepresentation
   You must not misrepresent yourself or manipulate data, content, or information to disguise its origin. Impersonation of individuals or entities, or falsely implying any association with Zonka Technologies or third parties, is strictly forbidden.
8. Legal Compliance
   The Services must not be used for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws, including but not limited to data, privacy, and export control laws.
9. Privacy Violations
   Using the Services to violate the privacy of others or to collect personal information of other users, including account information, is strictly prohibited.
10. Harassment and Threats
    The Services must not be used to stalk, harass, bully, or post threats of violence against others.
11. Prohibited Content
    You must not submit, post, upload, share, or provide data, content, or information that infringes on Zonka Technologies' or third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or that you are not authorized to disclose. Content that is deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harmful to minors, pornographic, indecent, harassing, hateful, religiously, racially, or ethnically offensive, or encourages illegal or tortious conduct is strictly prohibited. Content containing viruses, bots, worms, scripting exploits, or similar materials, or that could cause damage to Zonka Technologies or any third party, is also not allowed.
12. Unauthorized Promotion
    Promoting or advertising products or services other than your own without appropriate authorization is prohibited.
13. Hidden Text
    Using meta tags or any other "hidden text" that includes Zonka Technologies' or our suppliers' product names or trademarks is not permitted.
14. Encouragement of Violations
    You may not permit or encourage anyone else to commit any of the actions prohibited by this Policy.

Consequences of Breaching this Policy

The consequences of violating our Policy will vary depending on the severity of the breach and the user’s history on the Services, by way of example:

We may, in some cases, give you a warning, however, if your breach is serious or if you continue to breach our Legal Terms and this Policy, we have the right to suspend or terminate your access to and use of our Services and, if applicable, disable your account. We may also notify law enforcement or issue legal proceedings against you when we believe that there is a genuine risk to an individual or a threat to public safety.

We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to any of your breaches of this Policy.
