Can I create Contacts using Zonka Feedback Survey Responses in HubSpot?

Zonka Feedback and HubSpot integration allows you to create and update contacts using Survey Responses. You can also sync the Survey Scores like CSAT, NPS, and CES along with the Response Data to HubSpot. 

Do I need specific plan to run HubSpot survey integration?

In order to access survey integration with HubSpot, you need to have a HubSpot account (any paid plan) and Zonka Feedback account with Professional or Growth plan.

How do I set up HubSpot Integrations with Zonka Feedback?

You can integrate HubSpot with Zonka Feedback in a few simple steps - 

  1. Create or choose your survey from the list and head to the Integration Tab from the top navigation. 
  2. Click on the 'Connect' HubSpot button. 
  3. You'll be redirected to the HubSpot integration detail page where you can click 'Connect to HubSpot' to connect your Zonka Feedback Account. 
  4. It will take you to your HubSpot account. Once logged in, you can choose the account you want to connect out of the multiple accounts in your database. 
  5. Then you'll see an Authorization Screen. Click on 'Connect app' to give permission to Zonka Feedback to access HubSpot Account.
  6. You'll be redirected back to Zonka Feedback. You can now manage your settings to 'Add new contacts to HubSpot' when new Zonka Feedback Survey Responses are received. 
  7. You can also chose to sync Survey Response data and CX scores to your existing contacts in HubSpot. 
How to set up Email Signature Surveys with HubSpot?

After setting up Email Signature Surveys in Zonka Feedback, here's how you can add them to your HubSpot account - 

  1. Copy HTML code from your Zonka Feedback configure page. 
  2. Login to your HubSpot account. 
  3. From the left panel, do this - Settings > Your preferences > General.
  4. Click on 'Email' and move to the 'Configure' section. 
  5. Click on 'Edit Email Signature' - Your signature will be used in one-on-one emails through the HubSpot CRM and as a personalization token for marketing emails. 
  6. Choose the Signature types as HTML. 
  7. Paste the HTML code in the signature space given. 
  8. Once you are done, click on 'Save' in the HubSpot settings.
Can I view survey responses and scores in my HubSpot account?

Once you send surveys to your existing customers or leads to measure their feedback, experience, requirement, or satisfaction, you can easily sync back the data to HubSpot and view them in your contact attributes.
