Here's a simply way to get started with iPad surveys using Zonka Feedback-
Log in or Sign up to create a free account on the Zonka Feedback platform and access the dashboard.
On the dashboard, navigate to the Create a Survey section. This intuitive, drag-and-drop tool allows you to create surveys from scratch, choose from a library of pre-made templates, or create with AI.
Choose the type of forms or surveys you want to create to conduct surveys. You can select from various survey templates, including customer satisfaction, event feedback, & employee engagement.
Use the drag-and-drop tool to add questions to your survey. Choose from over 20 question types (e.g., NPS, CSAT, multiple-choice, open-ended, rating scales). Arrange questions to suit your survey flow, and apply features like skip logic or question branching to enhance the survey experience.
Customize the survey with your own branding elements, customize questions, logos, multiple questions types, & interactive features.
Click on "Distribute" in the top menu and select the Kiosk/App option.
Download iOS App and sign in.
