Editorial Guidelines

Follow the editorial guidelines before submitting your article:

  • Choose relevant topics

    Before pitching, go through our blog. Come up with the relevant topics that you are interested in writing a researched post.

  • Post length

    The content should be 100% original and hasn’t been published anywhere else. The post should be at least 1000 words, though we prefer 1000-1500 words.

  • Image requirements

    Submit a featured image in the post. The image must be relevant with the topic covered. Please don’t use stock images. Screenshots used must be of higher quality. We reserve the right to edit or remove the images.

  • Citing sources

    Please only link the latest reputable resources that overall improve the credibility of the topic. Avoid linking to our competitors.

  • Backlink to your site

    We are open to providing you with a backlink on the anchor text of your choice. Refrain from adding links to your homepage, landing pages, or product pages

  • Frame the content for customers

    If you share experiences, tips, insights, CX news, and lessons that might be useful for our readers. Use ‘you’ more than ‘we’.

  • Grammar and formatting

    We follow American English in our blog. Frame your content in American English and avoid making spelling mistakes/typos. The content should be well-structured, in proper formatting with all the necessary headings & bullets

  • Post length

    The content should be 100% original and hasn’t been published anywhere else. The post should be at least 1000 words, though we prefer 1000-1500 words.
