On your dashboard, click on 'Add survey' or click on the (+) icon in the left sidebar and click on 'Add survey'.
Select the survey type from our popular templates or choose from one of the experiences.
Click on 'Choose this Template'. You will be directed to the editor where you can customize each question or use it as you like.
Change the survey design if you want by clicking on the 'Design' option.
