Getting Started with WhatsApp Surveys with Zonka Feedback

Adding WhatsApp Surveys to your feedback program is quick and easy, and it’s available across all Zonka Feedback plans. With just a few steps, you can start connecting with customers in real-time, gathering insights, and making data-driven improvements.

Here’s how:

  • Set Up Infobip in Zonka Feedback: Go to Company Settings and select Messaging Settings. Choose Infobip as your messaging provider and enter your Infobip API Key and WhatsApp number to enable WhatsApp surveys.
  • Access WhatsApp as a Distribution Channel: Head to Distribution Options in Zonka Feedback. Here, you’ll find SMS & WhatsApp as a combined option. Select WhatsApp to start setting up your survey delivery through this channel.
  • Select and Configure a WhatsApp Survey Template: Click on Configure Template to select a pre-approved WhatsApp template from your Infobip account. Map any placeholders, like customer names or specific survey links, to personalize each message.
  • Customize and Launch Your Survey: Make any final customizations to your survey in Zonka Feedback, such as adding your logo or adjusting questions. When ready, click Send to distribute the survey immediately, or schedule it to send at a specific time.
  • Track Responses and Analyze Feedback: Once your survey is live, monitor response rates and engagement in real time from your Zonka Feedback dashboard. Use analytics to filter responses from WhatsApp, allowing you to view feedback trends and gather insights directly from this channel.
